The Dashboard

The dashboard is where you always have a quick overview of what's going on at your church.

People

The people section is the heart and soul of Stafftool. Easily keep track of everyone's contact information, birthdays, relationships and more.

1. 1) The people list displays everyone's picture, name, preferred phone number and email
2. 2) You can easily see who has a login account with the key icon
3. 3) Filter the people by their last name, like an old school rolodex
4. 4) Easily add, import, filter and export people

2. 2) Download this person's vCard file to easily import into your desktop applications
3. 3) View this address on Google Maps
4. 4) Additional information, including this person's relationships, birthday, tags and more

Groups

The groups section allows you to organize your people into the groupings that make sense to your church. For instance, if you have a youth department that is divided up into individual grades, you can easily set that structure up. If your youth department is simply made up of Jr. High and High School, that works too. In addition to these physical groups, you can also set up Smart Groups, which place people into virtual groups based on the rules you set up with regards to their characteristics, such as gender, age and tags.
