Total People (?) This is the total number of people in your Stafftool people database, including guests, admins, regular attendees, etc. It's a good idea to get the account that will fit your regular attendees, but also give room for the extra people you may not immediately think of, as well as room for growth. SSL Security (?) SSL security means that your entire use of Stafftool will be encrypted for maximum security. iPhone Mobile Version (?) Every account has access to an iPhone optimized version for browsing accessing all your important information while away from your computer. Just visit your Stafftool on your iPhone and it will just work!

How does the 30 day trial work?

It's simple - just choose whichever plan fits your organization best, and you have 30 days to put it through its paces, absolutely free with no obligation. The only restriction during the trial is the amount of emailed messages you will be able to send. When you inevitably discover that you don't know how you ever got along without Stafftool, just activate your account with your billing information to keep it going. If you don't activate your account during the trial, it will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will only be able to access as many records as it allows. However, you can can upgrade at any time to regain access to all your records.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you can sign up for any plan without entering your credit card information, so feel free to sign up for the plan that best suits your needs. If you decide to continue using your account, you will be asked to activate it with your payment information when your trial is nearing completion.

Can I get my information in and out easily?

Yes. One of the best things about Stafftool is its support of open formats. You can import vCard files, export to CSV, and vice versa. Need XML? No problem. We don't try to lock you in - on the contrary, we try to empower your information by making it easily accessible and manageable via our API and easy importing and exporting tools.

So there's no contract or commitments with the subscriptions?

Nope, it's a month-to-month service that you can cancel at any time. If you cancel you will only be billed for the current month, but not again after that.

What about upgrades or downgrades?

You can change your plan at any time to whatever suits your needs best. Realize you're growing faster than you anticipated and you need to get a lot more people into your Stafftool? Just upgrade to the next level and get them in there. If you realize that you can get by with a smaller account than you thought, just downgrade to the appropriate level and the next month will be charged accordingly.
